In an effort to prepare for our move to the Westin Hotel, we will suspend merchandise sales at 6:00PM Central time today. The remaining merchandise will be available starting on Sunday November 22nd. If you decide to wait until arriving at the show to purchase your 2009 BCA National Show merchandise, be sure to visit the merchandise table set up on the third floor outside of the ballroom.
If you are traveling with an oversize vehicle or are pulling a trailer, it will be necessary to park in the hotels designated lot. The hotel front desk staff can give you the location upon check in. If you should need help finding it contact Mike Otten or Dean Dickey and they will assist you. If you are traveling with an RV and not sure how to get to the RV parking area, again contact Mike or Dean and they can give you directions either by phone or e-mail.
If you are staying at the hotel please make yourself familiar with the hotel check in/check out policy. Also please make a note of the policy regarding leaving before the end of your confirmed reservation and the hotel's dog waiver that everyone staying with dogs will be required to sign. Being aware of the policies will make check in faster and check out stress free.
LIVE WEBCAST:
The 2009 BCA National Show will have a live webcast available on a per day or by-the-week rate. There will be two cameras covering two rings with two simultaneous webcasts. You will only be able to view one ring at a time. After you have purchased your day or week option, you will be e-mailed a username and password for each day you have purchased. After you have completed your login, you will be given a choice of which ring you would like to view. You will have the ability to change rings at any time during the webcast. The weekly rate is $35.00 and $10.00 daily rate.
ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF WEBCAST TO GUARANTEE VIEWING. A DIFFERENT PASSWORD IS REQUIRED FOR EACH WEBCAST DAY. YOU WILL BE E-MAILED A NEW PASSWORD IN ADVANCE OF EACH DAYS SHOW.
TROPHY DONATIONS- We can no longer accept trophy donations [with the donor being listed in the catalog]. We can still use any and all donations that you or your club wishes to make.
CATALOG ORDERS- Catalogs may be purchased at the show while supplies last.
RV RESERVATIONS- Closed
BANQUET RESERVATIONS- Reservation deadline has been extended until Thursday November,24th. These tickets must now be purchased at the show. Internet sales are now unavailable. Credit cards will still be accepted at the show.
THANKSGIVING BRUNCHES/DINNERS--Please check the website for updated information on the different buffets and time of availability. Links are listed on the "Home Page". Reservations are highly recommended. Space is filling up fast!
We also would like to remind everyone bringing dogs to the show that the following rules will be strictly enforced. There are to be no more than FOUR DOGS PER ROOM. There are to be NO DOGS UNDER SIX MONTHS OF AGE AT THE WESTIN HOTEL.
