The 2009 National Show Committee would like to express our thanks for the support we have received. There have been many pages of ads and a generous amount of trophy donations collected. Due to some negotiating with the Superintendent we have been able to extend the deadline for trophy donations. Plan on receiving these e-mail updates each Tuesday between now and the start of the show. Look for details below.

BASKET CONTEST--Don't forget to bring your baskets for the basket contest. There are many classes that can be entered and won!



BULLDOGS ON PARADE CONTEST--We are also sponsoring the FIRST "Bulldogs on Parade Contest". What a great way to win some extra spending money for your week in Kansas City. You can find details for both of these contests on the website at www.2009bcanationalshow.com.



The closing date for entries for the show is NOVEMBER 4, 2009



There are many exciting events and entertainment planned for the BCA National Show Week. In the coming weeks we will begin to firm up the schedule and start to release more information on the shows' festivities. A final schedule of events will be released after the entry closing date.



Please note that the Show Committee is working with the Superintendent on the schedule for ring times and class order to minimize class conflicts as much as possible, (i.e.not running Bred By classes close to each other, not running puppy classes close to each other so exhibitors with litter mates will be able to exhibit their own dogs). This may require running one sex, either Dogs or Bitches, out of their standard catalog order. We will try to have the order listed with next weeks correspondence.








Live Webcast- Live webcast is available on a pre-sale basis of $25.00 for the entire 6 days until November 16, 2009. After November 16, 2009, you will be able to purchase the live webcast for $10.00 per day, or $35.00 for the 6 day package. This can be pre-paid on the website or mailed in.

We also would like to remind everyone bringing dogs to the show that the following rules will be strictly enforced. There are to be no more than FOUR DOGS PER ROOM. There are to be NO DOGS UNDER SIX MONTHS OF AGE AT THE WESTIN HOTEL
