more things to remember to pack
Submitted by hugobull on April 21, 2010 - 12:25amas I am getting things ready..these are things I hate to forget..
-remember poop clean up baggies and a small flashlight for late night clean ups.
-water for you and the dogs. A squeeze lemon in case you use hotel water.
-dog bowls, fork for dog food, can opener if your cans are not flip top.
-trash bags
-rain gear.. including shoes!
feel free to add more to this list and the lists that appeard below..I am sure these were already mentioned, but it is on my mind now.

Guess what we got???? SNOW! SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!
It is not alot just a heavy dusting. Not even a half an inch. For those who do not like snow, this will be gone by the time NATIONALS are here.
I am happy!! LOVE the snow days when my children and I stay home with the bullies!!

Don't forget....
Benadryl ! Just in case of an allergic reaction to something.
I pack more for the dogs than for myself ! FYI - hotel does not have laundry service anymore - closest laundramat is like 1.5 miles when I mapped it. Make sure to pack enough changes of clothes !

Canned Pumpkin
Seems when we travel, one or all of our guys gets abit of the travelers trots, if ya know what I mean. We used to wait and see, but now we just give them each a tablespoon of it as we leave home and a tablespoon of it when we feed them the first time there. Keeps everything solid! At home if we break out the pumpkin they all seem to think we're goin somewhere, strange huh? Oh and don't forget the treats for when they do good. The will all do good? right?
Perserverance isn't a long race.
It's a series of short races,
ran one after the other.

One thing we do not leave home without is Baby wipes. So when you bring your bully back in you wipe their paws.
We have found that if we are in a town the bullies are showing and do not use wipes they come down with cysts.
Also, umbrella!! It is raining in K.C. right now and 39 degrees. Hopefully, it will warm up.
