We have a parade like that going on in our neighborhood tonight. It's such a cute small town event. I love the picture with the guy on the boat with the camera taking shots of your pooches!!! Bullies always end up stealing the show!!
NO WE DONT
WE are very land locked in Chino Hills...The Kiwanas Club dresses up their Boats and hauls them through the neighborhoods...The people riding the boats throw candy and beads to everyone on the parade route...The dogs love it...I told them next year they need to throw dog cookies..
