Well it's over for another year and I think everyone had a good time...hope so anyways. I know I did. We had good judges, good crowd, good banquet, good food, good show site, and good dogs. Can't ask for more than that...well the weather was rather crappy..and I promise we will have mats next year!! Hopefully nicer weather too but only the good Lord above can see to that.

Special thanks go to Ed and Barb Dannewitz who are the recipients of the 2009 AKC Outstanding Sportsmanship Award. Every club should have an Ed and Barb. They work their tails off doing any and everything that needs done for both the Illiana and Chicago clubs. They will be receiving their award at the Chicago Club banquet on Nov 1st. (BTW...the Chicago specialty entries close Thursday)
