I was suppose to have received a HOF Award, this year at the Nationals for Ch. Collins Roly Poly, and did not receive it. I did not attend but, I had some there to pick it up for me.
There was someone else also in my Division-Division VIII that was entitle to get there but didn't.

Does anyone know who I should contact about this?

I tried to call Carla Ehntholt, I couldn't get there voice mail to pick-up therefore could not leave a message, and I don't know her email address.
