Fellow Bulldoggers your attention please. The following is a list of fast approaching deadlines in conjunction with this years National Specialty. We realize that the show week seems far away but there are only 102 days left before the show. Your 2009 BCA National Show Committee is working diligently to make sure that this years show meets your expectations. Please review the deadlines list as many will be prior to what they were for last years show.

Trophy Donations- To have your name included in the catalog- Sept. 15th. We will accept donations after this date but the donor cannot be listed in the catalog. We have many classes available. Please check the website for available classes. We can really use the help filling up the remaining classes. For questions contact Trophy Chair Jim Bullard

Catalog Advertising-Must be received by Oct.1st. This is a firm deadline and cannot be extended.

Vendors-Oct.1st

Order Catalogs-Oct.15th

Hotel Rooms-Oct.1st this is the deadline to receive the reserved room rate. Rooms are still available

RV Parking-Oct.5th Some spaces available

Banquet-Nov.4th

Reserve Seating- A very few left. Seating is limited

Reserved Crating- Is still available at this time
