expanded health and information poll

Please encourage everyone to take it, breeders, pet owners, rescuers, etc. I have a guest book set up there for comments and suggestions. I hope we covered everything, but surely there will be some things we over looked somewhere. It should be easy enough to fix.
CHIC will likely be doing a poll of their own eventually for us. We are a new members so it will be a while I'm sure, but this poll should get you used to the concept and hopefully you will participate there too. Theirs will likely be more detailed in the information gathering process than this is, but this poll server is free and I was limited in the way I was able to set it up.

Re: Done...but...
the poll is tempermental as I am finding. It isn't scientific, we said that all along. We are looking to spot issues that might be becoming common that were previously thought to be rare in our breed. Don't look to this as a scientific poll, we cannot control the responses in this format.
CHIC will be doing a poll that will satisfy that aspect of things in the future. This is very basic so we can see where to gear our educational material.

Also is there
a way to view the polls that you are not selecting an option in. Still interested in seeing these polls percentages.

kept asking me to select an option and I had selected 3 options.

There was a section at the bottom that had staph infections, yeast infections both of which I hit and when I hit 'vote' it said I had to check something...and I tried it 3 different times..I even added 'chronic ear infections' which I really haven't had...and it still told me to check something...if you don't have a problem in an area, it will also not give you the poll results and only one gave you the possibility of saying 'I haven't experienced any of the problems in this area' so it would skew the results as it is only allowing entries by people who have had these problems in each area...so there area few of the areas I didn't have any dogs with...and I therefore could not say that...but I was included in poll for disorders but not for lack of disorders...the study numbers will or should come out skewed and make a faulty sample as there may be say 200 people answering in one area and though the same people took the survey there may only be 167 that are shown in another area...just seem off.
I wouldn't have gotten away using that method in a poll in psychology or social work, anyway.

Question... Just took the surveys
and like the array of questions asked and particular areas covered also, where or how the dog was purchased.
My question is will the information be given as a total at some point or do we have to take the test again to see what the stats are? What will become of these surveys?

Trying going back and scrolling down
as the other ones....ie, the questions on the other areas of problems.... are down below and you don't see them when you answer the first set of questions about whether you are a breeder, owner etc....there are lists of different areas and different problems in each area.
