Submitted by Anonymous on April 21, 2010 - 12:15amI had a hour to kill, so Disco and I went for a stroll downtown. I got to tell you that I love this dog, BUT, he might be the laziest Bulldog in the whole history of Bulldogs. You know that saying, "stop and smell the flowers", well, he lives by that every second of the day.. Honestly, its very irritating. We were going across a busy street when Disco put on the brakes...... Wouldn't budge for nothing.. I go to pick him up and he lays down.. So embarrassing I can't even tell you... He's adorable!
There must be something that will motivate him; liver treats are probably the best thing. I haven't come across this problem. My dogs will work for ANY type of food, even for things that aren't edible! Good luck!

hahaha, I have one the same, he'll turn 2 in 2days. Great dog to live with, sleeps on my floor all day long...... go to bring him out or to a show and he runs and hides in the bush!!! kinda nice though cause a have a few girls with tons of energy!

I'll bait him and it works a tiny bit.. Ten feet at the most..lol I haven't used freeze dried liver treats. I know breeders that swear by it thou. I need to pick some up.. Conformation class will be starting back up soon.. I'm real excited because I know how much we need it...
