Crate dolly/cart

Anyone know where I can find a good quality crate dolly? I'm looking to upgrade my old wheels that were stolen.

Has anyone tried this model?

Thanks so much!

Height of Cart

The cart measures 10.5 inches from the bottom of the wheel to the top of the cart. Hope this helps.

crate dolly...

Hi Liz...
i have a great crate dolly that a bulldog owner/breeder/handler makes. Im not sure where you are located, but he is in California.
They are a little pricey but well worth it. They have bigger wheels, that go over cords, bumps, etc... alot nicer.
I dont have a picture of it, but his name is Robert Johnson.. I will email you his information.

Those are the wheels I had

THey work good I was just looking for an upgrade. I'll do some shopping at the next show.

Thanks for the help!

I have the same one...

Never had a problem with it and I don't use mine often either, depends on the show site I go to.

Annise

crate size

hi liz and vicky,

we use 19x30 crates and they fit perfectly side by side in the cart. i don't know the model, but we have the largest cart available, it measures 31x45 or so. maybe the measurements are incorrect on the website? i'd give him a call, he'll let you know which cart you'll need.

it's expensive, but it's so much easier and you don't have to worry about tipping over. we love it. hopefully we can hit up a show or two up there this year!

I have this one...

It works great! I don't use it often so I'm sure I'll have it for a good long time.

same question. our crates are 19x30

and it doesnt look like either will fit. I know i have seen Jay with his all piled up.

Are they just off the end a bit, but what about width?

Hey Ryan

What model did you buy? He has a few different ones on his site. Can you fit 2 30in crates side by side or do you have to stack them on top of each other?

Thanks for the info!

Your wheels are nice

I used them at National's with Linda. They were really easy to push. If you think of the guy's name please let me know.

Thanks Jay

Roller

Liz,

I really love my crate roller that I got from one of the vendors down in California and of course, his name and the business name escapes me. But the actual dolly is one of the best investments I've made (it's like $350). I can easily stack 4 crates on it for Bulldogs and it goes over rocks, tall grass, big RV extension cords etc. If I remember the guy's info, I'll post it.

i dont like the small wheels on the front

i think it would get stuck in gravel or grass

I still have my old wheels i bought 7yrs ago

i would love the ones Mel has but they are to expensive and will not fit on my crates in my car.

They have the new ones at teh shows that are like hte bottom but w/o the bars.

For now i will stick with what i have for a 100.00. If i can find them with nice wheels but lower profile i may buy then. The guy at Great Bait has the new wheels.
