We are now at 5 days and counting. In less than a week, the 2009 BCA National Specialty Show will be on! This morning we woke to temps. in the low 30's and a light dusting of snow on the grass. Do not dispare, we have ordered better weather next week. The average high this time of the year is around 50 degrees with the average low in the low to mid 30's. Precipitation can come in many forms so be sure to bring rain gear and that way you won't need it. (LOL) If we do have inclement weather, there is a 30' X 20' size expo tent with side covers, interior lighting, and eight 4x4 exercise pens for your comfort and convenience. The show committee has done as much as possible to make this years National Show an event that will cater to our exhibitors. If upon your arrival, you should require any help or find something missing, do not hesitate to contact Mike Otten, Dean Dickey or any member of the show committee. LIVE WEBCAST:



The 2009 BCA National Show will have a live webcast available on a per day or by-the-week rate. There will be two cameras covering two rings with two simultaneous webcasts. You will only be able to view one ring at a time. After you have purchased your day or week option, you will be e-mailed a username and password for each day you have purchased. After you have completed your login, you will be given a choice of which ring you would like to view. You will have the ability to change rings at any time during the webcast. The weekly rate is $35.00 and $10.00 daily rate.



ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF WEBCAST TO GUARANTEE VIEWING. A DIFFERENT PASSWORD IS REQUIRED FOR EACH WEBCAST DAY. YOU WILL BE E-MAILED A NEW PASSWORD IN ADVANCE OF EACH DAYS SHOW.



TROPHY DONATIONS- We can no longer accept trophy donations [with the donor being listed in the catalog]. We can still use any and all donations that you or your club wishes to make.



CATALOG ORDERS- Catalogs may be purcheased at the show while supplies last.



RV RESERVATIONS- Closed



BANQUET RESERVATIONS- Reservation deadline has been extended until Thursday November,24th. These tickets must now be purchased at the show. Internet sales are now unavailable. Credit cards will still be accepted at the show.



THANKSGIVING BRUNCHES/DINNERS--Please check the website for updated information on the different buffets and time of availability. Links are listed on the "Home Page". Reservations are highly recommended. Space is filling up fast!



Basket Contest,There will be five groups with a prize awarded to the winner of each:

GROUP I - Individual: Representing your home state.

GROUP II - Individual I: A theme of your choice.

GROUP III - Club: Promote your club along with your state.

GROUP IV - Division: A regional basket representing your division.

GROUP V - Peoples Choice: Winner overall from all baskets.

RULES
Entries are to be brought with you to the show. Include a written description of the contents and an
overall value. The baskets will be raffled off and the basket in each category receiving the most tickets
will win that prize. For any additional information contact Eva Dickey.



We also would like to remind everyone bringing dogs to the show that the following rules will be strictly enforced. There are to be no more than FOUR DOGS PER ROOM. There are to be NO DOGS UNDER SIX MONTHS OF AGE AT THE WESTIN HOTEL.
