Thank you and to bad she will drop all her coat at about 4 or 5 months..This is the first time I have had one so young...Both Mick and Butterfly had dropped all their baby hair by the time I got them..

Yes she is a Japanese Chin...And believe it or not there is way less grooming involved..They are wash and wear and you do not trim any hair..They keep their whiskers, toefringe and belly hair...Chins are single coated so they do not matt except occasionally behind the ears...The bad thing is they shed long silky soft hair..

They are beautiful dogs!! I figured they had to be high maintenance with the longer hair. We have a newf besides the bulldogs and she is a nightmare sometimes to groom. And she leaves black cottonballs everywhere!
