One of our friends puppy, came to our monthly bulldog club meeting, carrying his owners end of the lead in his mouth! All I could say was," Oh quit showing off!" Its been his hallmark move. I'm sure he started of dragging it around like alot of us train, but he decided to stop the drag, and carry it around... Nope, it just aint fair..
Perserverance isn't a long race. It's a series of short races, ran one after the other.

is OFF the leash for the first half of the walk and then we drop the slip lead over their head for the 2nd half of the walk and they normally arrive home pretty well leash trained... Also, they are tired on the 2nd half of the walk and less likely to put up as much of a fight... Most of the pups look up to Angus and seem to want to do what he does...leash training has been a piece of cake for the last 3-4 years. -Brian http://www.AdventureBulldogs.com

But she got rewarded when she STOPPED What a cute little "wild pony"! If it's any consolation, my UDX obedience wonder Gracie was a total "bucking bronco" when I first put the lead on her Cute baby!

We always start a puppy on a walk with Angus. The Puppy
is OFF the leash for the first half of the walk and then we drop the slip lead over their head for the 2nd half of the walk and they normally arrive home pretty well leash trained... Also, they are tired on the 2nd half of the walk and less likely to put up as much of a fight...

MacKenzie is a very SLOW walker
and he is the one with all the patience with Cleo and Ester as babies. But I gotta keep him for the next one
to come along.
Best of luck with the puppies Rhiann
yes
She is my runt girl and i am growing her out and giving her a chance to bloom!
Rhiann @ Butlerbullz
not sure if the pups could keep up with thier spped walker momma
but if someoen wants to send me an oldie for training, Ill take her! LOL
Rhiann @ Butlerbullz
that is what i do too, much easier to walk them
with an older dog then start training.

Haha...I find using the old dogs
alot of help in leash training. I just go for a walk with an adult and puppy. Cute puppy. I'm guessing this is a keeper
