Submitted by Anonymous on April 20, 2010 - 9:48pmI was out of the country for a week in Aruba. One of the best parts of my trip was coming home to my two bulldogs that missed me dearly. While in Aruba, I was in a tornado and a hurricane - and it looks like you guys on this board went through the same thing with typed words.
Chicago is called the Windy City because the politicians in the past (and now) used to spew nothing but hot air from thier mouths. Hope this doesn't become the Windy BB!
Congrats to everyone for all those brags and new puppy pictures - it was nice to catch up on all of those this morning.
I hope everyone is getting in a better mood for Nationals. Go Bulldogs.

People who are born and raised here know the real reason why we are called the wind city. Most think it's cuz we are on the shores of Lake Michigan and get wind or cuz of the wind that blows down in between all the skyscrapers. Wrong

No NASCAR races in Aruba so I can't believe you went there. LOL
how'd ya like it?
Aruba is my favorite country. I wanted to retire there. Did you tour both sides of the island. Isn't it cool that the caribbean side is calm, beautiful water in 5 shades of blue and the other side is ugly, rough and choppy. Aloe vera grows wild and lizards roam all over.
