Okay so I feed Abby our 5 mth old bully Nature's Receipe Puppy formula I have feed her this since she was 2 months when we got her as she was having problems on Chicken soup for the puppy lovers soul (which is what the breeder had her on) she has gained weight grown fine coat is fine stools are great no gas she loves it and has done perfect! so today I was at Tractor Supply Company a place I have never been in.. So I deceided to see if they sold her food because its closer our home than petsmart.... I see they carry Taste of the Wild food I have never seen this anywhere but I know LOTS of you feed this and its time to move her from Puppy to adult or an all age food. So this sparked my interst so I started looking at ingredients and I notice that in the Nature's Receipe adult has Animal Digest.... and in the puppy which is what I am feeding has Lamb digest so I am like YUCK what is that and I am mortified at what this is!!!! so do I take her off of this food?? or am I over reacting? My yorkie will NOT eat nature's balance but I would be willing to try Taste of the wild.. or should I keep her on the Nature's Receipe? Please help I just think this is gross but maybe I am being over protective!
Thanks for all your help I would be so lost with out you guys!
Dawn
Thanks
Yeah I have not switched her to anything yet.. After I saw no posts I figured it didnt freak anyone else out!! so I will keep her on it but I am going to switch her to a adult formula vs the puppy formula she has been on.. she will be 6 months old in a couple of weeks
Thanks so much

Dawn...
If your dog is doing well on a food, I wouldn't switch it around. Animal digest sounds kinda gross, but so does tripe (at least, to me! lol) - and it's wonderful for dogs.
