Archived Bulldog Medical Health

It is with great sadness that I share the passing of Winston Ooph Williams. As some of you may remember, Winston was diagnosed with a brain tumor after starting to have seizures 3 months ago. Since that time, we've succesfully managed the symptoms and adored every minute that we had with him. I just wanted to thank everyone on this board who sent good wishes and support our way. I know that many of you have lost beloved bullys and I've admired your strength. I'll be working on mustering my own as I get used to life post-Winston.

In the hopes that our loss helps others, if future users are facing a similar issue, please don't hesitate to contact me. We learned a lot during the last few months and we're extremely grateful for Angell Memorial Hospital here in Boston & the neurologist who worked with us, Dr. Allan Sisson. His treatment of Winston gave us two extra months we know we would not have had were it not for him.

I am so sorry for the loss of your Winston. May he be at peace now. Cherish all the memories, and smile and laugh through them all. I have been in your shoes and it isn't fun, but if you remember the good times, the sadness seems farther away.
