White Milky diarrhea in newborns

I need a little help!! I have two puppies that are slacking behind others (litter of 6). They don't nurse as well as the others, so I'm only bottle feeding them at this point (they are 7 days old)

They have white milky diarrhea.....andy idea if that is any kind of indications of anything. I have been searching the web for any answers to see if I need to do something different. Any information will be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!!

I will start measuring down to the drop!!! I gave them bene-bac as well. I feel like the worst mom in the world. I'm Italian & we show love with food LOL!!!!

this usually means that they are being overfed.. if

you feed too much their little bodies don't absorb like they should. How much and how often are you feeding ?
