red raw skin on face. Under Lola's nose roll her skin is raw right now is there something I can put on it that will relieve the rawness.I've thought of Vaseline but not sure if it will work.

Keep the area dry and use a little Nystatin cream, after cleaning with a diluted solution of hydrogen proxide. Your doggy may want to lick it off, so get it into the folds. It works to decease the moisture, similar to a yeast infection.

You can use Desitin also.

I also recommend diaper rash ointment
Try to find one that has no fragrance. I like the CVS Pediatric Ointment.
