What can this be?????

Second picture is right after she came out of bath. I used Malaseb shampoo on her. Does this look familiar to anyone. Maybe real bad allergies? She's been eating Natural Balance Grain Free food for about 2 months. Looks like it could be a staph infection. Does it smell? If so, could be yeast infection. It likes to grow in wrinkles or moist areas. You can give cephlexon and put some A&D Diaper rash ointment on it.
Maybe use the regular listerine on it and...
dust it with gold bond powder. Could be a hot spot?

My vet just diagnosed what looks like the same
stuff on my bully as a staph infection and has sent off cultures to see what would be the best to treat it with... we have been using antibotic and they helped but still not completely gone... hope you get it figured out.. Please post if you do .... Oh check the rest of the body for hair loss spots... Toots was in the same spot as your picture and because of her coat being so thick was hard to see the spots on her back...

Took Lola to the vet and
he said it looked like a yeast infection and allergies. Gave her a shot and 2 antibiotics and some gel. Will see if there is a change. She will be going back to vet in 2 weeks.
