wet wrinkles

Oscar's wrinkle on his right side of his face has been wet the past few days. I have wiped it with a baby wipes & dried it, but it isn't helping. It also smells kind of stinky. What ointment can I put on to help it dry out. I thought desitin, but I don't know if there might be any other kind?

I use otomax (for ears) or I
I use otomax (for ears) or I put gold bond powder in the wrinkles. I use a little syringe and get the powder in it and then it's easier to manage without getting it into the eyes.
