weight loss, vomiting, loose stool

My six year old spayed bully has been experiencing chronic ear infections, unexplained weight loss, vomiting and diarrhea. We have spent thousands on her vet bills. She had cherry eye as a pup and just recently had the Entropion surgery on both eyes. Her stool test came back negative on the bacterial infection. She also has a dark spot in her mouth that we are concerned may be cancer. We don't know what to do at this point. The vets want to do xrays and a biopsy in her mouth...another $600+ They think she may have irritable bowel or possibly cancer in her bowels or just food allergies.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can get her to gain weight or foods we could try that may help allergies.

Re: I'm surprised that he hasn't already done an x-ray

They want to do xrays and blood tests...but we have already spent thousands on her. What can an xray really tell? We have tried a million different foods. She is so uninterested in food that we just went back to the cheaper kind hoping she will eat more. I guess I have to spend the 800 the vet wants or watch her suffer...but they still might not know what is wrong with her. sad.gif

I'm surprised that he hasn't already done an x-ray

or an ultrasound. Have they done a complete blood test? What food are you feeding her?
