vulva plasty????

does anyone here have any experience with this surgery and why a 2 y.o. bully girl would need something like this.

While its not commonly done, and I would have to 'think hard and

about putting a dog under anesthesia to do just this, it IS something that the vet may be able to do (reduction very much like an entropion correction to the eyelid) at the same time he spays her.

she is not spayed

she is a rescue girl coming in today. She is 4 and has had pups although the owners swear she hasn't. Hard to hide that looks of several litters. and no c-section scars. The owners vet made this suggestion to them. To continue the story, the family works long hours and she is having troubles with house training. if you not there to let her out................. anyway she will see our vet today. Thanks for the input.

They said my

little girl who is almost 6 months old, has a "tight" vulva.  She gets infections around that area, if not kept clean.  They wanht to cute like a smile of the top and "lift" the skin to let the air get to it.  Though they said that if I let her go through her first heat, it should help her, but alas, I am not going to do that and it does look better now.  Your girl may have been spayed early if not, then I don't know why.
