Tresaderm Questions?

My bullie dozer was recently put on Tresaderm for a Hemocytoma on his hind leg. Hes been having accidents allover the house since starting the meds. He has had loose stools and is pee'ing all over "his" parts of the house. Anyone know why this is happening? I have heard from people on here that steroids cause excessive pee'ing but i though that only applied to ingested steroids not topical ones? Any advice would be appreciated we go back for a checkup next wed but until then i just wanted to know is this normal?

Tessie was on this

Tessie was on this a long time ago and I don't remember having any problems. That is all the info I can offer, I barely remember this one - I just know it's in my medicine stash for her lol.
