poison control

Regular poison control is happy to give help for free to someone calling concerning a dog. I have called at least twice and they were very helpful.

I've used Syrup of Ipecac....

just enough to induce vomiting...then give them pink pepto bismol to coat their stomachs hoping to keep them from getting too much of whatever they swallowed that bothered them.

Hey

Called this number from the sitehttp://www.aspca.org/about-us/contact-us.html and it was a recording telling me to have my credit card ready etc etc 60.00 to speak with a tech...I went ahead and called back to the vet I have used before and they said to monitor him and etc bring him in if necessary if he was showing signs of lethargy, diarrhea, seizures, ughhh, ... He is eating fine so far and used the bathroom so I am just going to stay up and keep a close eye on him. It is about 11 pm here in NC so I have until 6 pm Monday until my watch is over. They said 12 to 48 hours....
