She's Home! CCL Surgery Update

Stella's home and resting comfortably (or as comfortably as she can get). Surgery went well and she has been a good sport so far. They said she wasn't interested in food while in the hospital, but she ate a low sodium chicken broth ice cube and a tiny bit of kibble when she got home. I'm just so glad to have her back!

Thanks to all who offered advice and well wishes!

Rest well, and heal quickly.  I have a Bella too and the same coloring too!

Happy to hear she's home with her family.

Just keep in mind that it may be difficult for her to stand to go out to potty so you may have to give her "an assist" by passing a towel under her belly and lifting upward to help her get upright (and possibly continue to lend support by holding up some of her weight in that sling for the first couple days at home. happy.gif
