Roxy had her vulvoplasty (I call it her "butt tuck" - sounds better) today at Washington State University. We took her there yesterday & dropped her off (2.5 hour trip one way).

Sounds like she has almost a full circle scar on her butt! That's going to be real cute! Anyway, if it helps her finally not have urinary tract infections, that will be great. The student who was assigned to Roxy said they removed quite a bit of skin.

We had scheduled the surgery for June, when we had some vacation, but she got another UTI & it was very resistant to antibiotics, so our vet said to get it done NOW & leave her at WSU for a few days so they can closely monitor her.

As I said in the post below, they also lasered her soft palate. Took off about 1.5 cm of extra skin. Hopefully this will help her also.

I will go pick her up Friday afternoon, as long as everything looks OK & the antibiotics seem to be working. We'll be very happy to get her home. It is really weird without her here!
