Puppy not eating
Submitted by Anonymous on April 21, 2010 - 12:06amMy puppy now over 2 weeks old is not eating today. She was fine yesterday but never quite ate as long as the male pup. She's yawning more than normal and seems to be breathing a little quicker. She was crying this morning but when I put her to the mom she refused to suck. Please help.....again.

Are you remembering to stimulate them to pee/poop
before feeding? A little cotton ball in warm water, gently rubbed across their genitals should do the trick. Puppies can be "gassy" too and if you see bubbled in their soft poop you can give Mylecon Drops for human infants but hopefully the Karo or Nutrical has stimulated good nursing.
