Puking up slober ?

My bully after drinking his water pukes up his slober. Its clear and sticky. He does not drool. So I guess it all comes out when the water gets to it.
Is this normal and is there anything that can help with this ?

The first thing that comes to mind, is that your boy may be drinking large amounts too quickly and swallowing air? Elevating the bowl may help, or consider a Lixit bottle (looks like a giant hamster water bottle). If it were foamy stuff, I'd say get his palate checked.
