about a year ago but only for 2 months. it helped , but my vet wanted me to do a couple more treatments. after reading about all of the bad side effects on some dogs, i was scared to put it on him again. some dogs are fine with it, but others have bad reactions. you can google it & find a lot of info. the one thing i remember is a video on youtube showing a persons experience with it on their dog. i actually tried a home remedy that also helped. go on earthclinic.com & search "ted's remedy for mange". i also tried pierce's nustock. it stinks but it stops the itching & supposedly kills the mites. it's worth a try. my cooper just had a little spot on his cheek. he doesn't scratch anymore, but the hair isn't totally back yet. if you didn't know it, you couldn't tell though. one more thing about the promeris-it stinks terribly! you can smell it in the house for 2 days after putting it on your dog. anyway, if you're interested in home remedies instead of chemicals, google "mange remedies" or something like it & you'll find something that you can try. good luck!

the smell can be overwhelming but the demo was cleared up in 3 doses spanned 2 weeks apart... dog did great on it... no issues at all.....
