Pregnancy advice needed ...

for a friend. Her bitch had an ultrasound today. Confirmed 1 pup but the sac is over filled with fluid. The vet said to recheck with another ultrasound in 2 weeks.

Any suggestions????

How far along is she? and how experienced is the vet could be gas in the GI tract vs a puppy. I would start her on cranberry and distilled water. No salt foods
