Pet Insurance

Hi everyone, I hope everyone is well on this rainy day. I am sure all our bullies are hiding from the rain, I know mine is. hehe...

I was wondering who has pet insurance on their bulldogs? I live in canada and am finding it really hard to find a good insurance company that is not going to over charge me because I have a bulldog. I know its common that we pay more for bulldogs but some companies are really taking advantage.

I have spoken with other bully owners and find not many have pet insurance ...your thoughts please?

I have

SecuriCan which used to be called Pet Plan. I live in Toronto. I have used it since my boy came home at 8 weeks. It has saved me a fortune.

We use Purina Pet Insurance in Canada.

We subscribed to insurance when he was 2 months old. We like it. They cover anything, with a yearly deductible you choose (your monthly payments reflect that). We pay 45$ a month. Last year we spent about 300 more in the monthly fees than the money we got back, but for us, we are just worried about a large expense like a surgery which is why we subscribe. It is peace of mind, but I recommend them.
