One poor little foot

We recently have changed George's food. He is currently eating Natural Balance Venison and Sweet Potato. He has not been itchy (I've seen him really itchy when we tried something else) and he doesn't seem to be acting weird. He also isn't licking his paw anymore than usual, but today I noticed one paw looked a little red between the toes. After look at all of them, there are 3 "inbetweenies" that look raw and irritated! Allergies? Something else? And how can I treat it? Do you clean in between their toes on a regular basis?

I really hate to change his food again if I don't have to...he finally seems to like his food!

Thanks!!!

Food Allergies

I recently tried to change my dog from a Costco brand food to Royal Canine Bulldog food,.....also at the same time my husband cut the grass. Our dog is almost 2, he had a rash toward the end of last summer and I cleared it up with preparation H and coated that with R-7 ear power to absorb the moisture. It went away. Now a new rash under the arms and groin. Not sure whether it is the grass or the food change, so changed the food back, and it eased up, he has been still a little itchy, today tried....and only because I didn't know what else to do to ease it for him....an altheles foot cream. It worked!! Plus put on the R-7 power to keep it dry. What a difference and almost instant. He has also had a boil between his toes on one foot, a friend gave me a little cream for that, and it worked, it can be bought at the drug store, will let you know the name soon.

Sounds like IDC's

I hate to say it but, it's probably an allergy and it's possible he's allergic to the food.

Try putting a little preparation H on them.
