Mason was at the vet and boy am I dumb!!

I thought the little red/pink bumps were the allergy coming out from something. I was so stumped so i go to the vet tell him all I had tried and he pats Mason and smiles and says, he is getting a little thick, lets bring his food intake down a little. The bumps...hmmmm was he outside this weekend?

And I said yeah, he was playin in the barkyard and chasing grasshoppers...then I said "oh man is he allergic to grass or something" and again he smiles said "no but I would keep him off the ant hill's so they stop biting his belly"

OMG I had no idea. I feel like such a retard. He explained that it happens a lot that people mistake the two because they look the same. He said also being a bully Mason more then likely just ignored it cause he was to tired to get up or was enjoying his chew toy instead.

He said Mason is great and does not need any medication anymore...yeah!!!

A few days for the little spots on his belly to heal and he will be as good as knew..I am so happy. Thank you all for your help!!!

Melissa, Darlene...a special thank you

Better safe than sorry.....

So Deuce was a few months old and I FREAKED out because I thought he had bloat. His tummy was hard as a rock and huge. So we waited a few hours and watched him like a hawk, mind you he was acting totally normal, but I just couldn't take it. We brought him into the emergency 24 hour vet and guess what......his tummy was just full!!!! But I had peace of mind and like I said, better safe than sorry.
