Interdigital Cysts/Food Question

I just did a search for interdigital cysts and did get some solutions to try. I noticed one last night on Tonkas paw and then this morning on his other paw. He just moved to a new area and wasn't sure if this could be causing it? Maybe something outside he is allergic to? He is fed TOTW Prarie formula and has been on it for a year and just now I am noticing problems. Do you think he could have just now developed some sort of allergy to the food? Any help is greatly appreicated!

Good luck with Pellitol

I've had excellent luck with Pellitol, and it sure beats soaking the foot.

Your dog can always...

Develope food allergies - even to the food he's been on for years. BUT, before I would think about changing his food, I would treat the cyst, double check to make sure there aren't in-grown hairs, try rinsing the feet when he comes in (in case he's picking up something outside), and anything else you could think of. You know that switching foods can be such a pain!
Good luck!
