I would start by giving the childrens dosage
whatever is recommended on the package.

1 mg per lb of the dogs bodyweight
is how much we give Onslow. He's about 60lbs so we give him (2) 25 mg caplets. Hope your baby is feeling better!
wilson is 53 lbs....
to start i give him two 25mg then every four hours i give one for 24 hrs....i ave never had to go more than 24hr....becasue wilson has horrible allergies...my vet said it was ok to go with 2 tabs every four hrs but if he is that bad i have a eppi pen....
