histiocytoma
Submitted by blondiek237 on April 21, 2010 - 12:01amCan a bully get a histiocytoma in the fold of his nose rope. I noticed what I thought was a pimple under his nose rope but it has gotten bigger. It does not appear to bother him. We have an appointment with the vet on the 22nd (next Friday) so we will have it looked at, but was just curious.

Bear had one
between his back toes. Started out pea size and our bullie vet said it would turn white and go away in 4-6 weeks. Well, he was able to reach and lick it and it got huge and bloody so we had it removed. Luckily, all he needed was a local - no general anesthesia or sedation.

Hopefully his will just shrink up and go away. Maybe there is a topical that the vet will give you. As long as he can't reach it or doesn't rub his face on the carpet to irritate it, I wouldn't worry - most seem to go away. We were just unlucky

When Onslow had one on his
