help bully moms nipples engorged

Pups are having a hard time getting on moms nipples they are so engorged and not sure if anything is comong out. especially the back 2 one they are huge. What can I do to help her let down some of this milk and is this a problem ?

Take her temp and make sure it is normal, can you express milk
from her teats? If so it could be that she is just getting a lot of milk. Keep putting the pups on her every 3 hours and let them stay on for a while.
