and this is a 'natural' way to do it. Other ways to relieve occasional constipation would be to add a teasp of olive or veggie oil to evening meal. Do you give a fish oil supplement for its Omega 3 benefits (coat conditioning)? This may "fix" two considerations in one easy step. I don't recommend giving bacon grease or other food fats because of their high salt and preservative contents.
