Halo Dog Food? Has anyone tried it? Or, (re-post from yesterday)

Posted this yesterday on regular forum.
Would really like others thoughts on this food.
I went to Petco tonight to pick up a bag of Natural Balance Potato & Fish for Harley to try.
He is 7 mths old and we have been trying for awhile to find the right food for him to switch from puppy food.
He is on Royal Canin puppy as that is what the breeder was feeding when we got him. We haven't had any problems with this but know it's time to switch to adult or all stages.
First, we tried Royal Canin Bulldog. Not good. Went from moderate diarrhea to projectile diarrhea.
Next, Natural Balance Venison & Potato. He (who devours most anything) snubbed his nose at it.
Then, Diamond Naturals. Doing OK with this but I have noticed extra itching and licking and am concerned about quality.
Nervous about some of the other high protein varieties.
So, tonight off to Petco for the NB Potato & Fish.
At checkout, I got a brochure from Petco that had info on "Say HALO to Hollywood Sweepstakes". Info on brochure said Halo is a new, natural, holistic nutrition for total health of dog. I went online and did a search of Halo pet foods. I am an extreme novice in this whole food thing, but from what I saw it's ingredients looked pretty good.
So, I would like any input anyone can provide as I am thinking if this formula of NB doesn't work this might be an option.

It looks like a pretty good food, but has a lot of
things Hooch is allergic to, such as alfalfa, eggs and zucchini.

other opinions. I got a couple coupons so I think I am gonna pick some up and give it a try.

Wow, must be hard to find a food for Hooch that doesn't have anything he is allergic to.

Have never heard of Halo but..
We had the same problems with Abby's poops being diarrhea and we tired a couple differant things but I then tried Nature's receipe puppy formula and she did great we now have her on Nature's Receipe Easy digestion formula and she loves and she has firm stools and is a happy girl. Abby is almost 8mths old
My Yorkie turned her nose up to the natural balance too 
but she loves nature's receipe. It contains no beef corn or wheat no by products or fillers and no artificial preservatives I love it and I love the price too!
