gave billybob a bath today

I put gold bond powder on his back where the dry spots and patches of hair loss are,now I think that it might have been a bad idea. Is there a soothing moisturizer or some kind of spray that would help with the dry skin?

tea tree oil, but it has lavendar & eucalyptus, too, so it smells better than straight tea tree oil to me.

The best thing that I have found is
Tea tree oil. I mix about 1tsp of tea tree oil to a squirt bottle of water and after a bath and usually once a day, I spray him. Rub it down into the skin and let it dry on the coat. Max use to have a sparse coat with bald places along his back and this is the only thing I changed.
I use goldbond medicated powder in his face wrinkles and tail pocket. I apply it using a ladies hair color applicator bottle, very precise and no more mess.
Tea tree oil is also used for anteseptic properties, therefore eliminating these places from becoming infected with Staph or Strep. It has antifungal properties, some of these places can be ringworm or yeast. Good luck!

a product called calm coat,I came across the site for it and says works wonders for skin and allergy problems. It is a spray,wonder if the main ingred. is tea tree oil?
