Feeding the right amount?

I'm sure this has been asked before but we have a 5 month old and we have changed him over to eating a little over a cup at each meal. So a bit over 2 cups a day but after he is done he has started going back to his bowl playing with it looking for more food. I know that he would eat whatever I put in front of him so should we be feeding him more? He seems healthy and is a little bowling ball at 35 pounds. We are feeding him purina puppy chicken and rice dog food.

Thanks again.

Adult food is much better for Bully's than puppy foods.

I would go on and put the pup on a good adult food.

adult food

i just switched my 5 month old to adult food for several reasons.... the main one would be that i feel like he would be better of with royal canin bulldog 24 but they dont make it for pupys

huggs and sloppy kisses

Thanks for the reply I'll look into doing that the next time I buy food for him. The breeder that we got him from said to have him on puppy for a year so I didn't even think about moving him to adult.

Thanks

Switch him over to adult purina ONE chicken and rice as he does

also I would try giving him between 1 1/4 cups and 1 1/2 cups 2 times a day.
