dogs heat cycle? Winnie stopped bleeding a little over a week ago and now Ive noticed a thick mucous (clear and stringy) that has come out after she goes to the bathroom. Should I be concerned?

You can bathe your bulldog when she is in heat, keeping her clean will reduce odor and lessen chance for localized infection such as vaginitis. I suggest using a shower wand to get at the folds and crevices but you do not want to go internally.

If discharge has color or odor, have vet check for vaginitis
but some clear, odorless discharge is okay.
