and how the eyes set into the head.....cherry eye is just the tear gland sort of stuffed up to put it simply....so it depends on tear production...how the eye is set.....it seems more flat nosed breeds get it...but then cockers are real prone to it also....so no i dont think like heart problems or hip dyplasia it follows heriety....
