Bump on ear?

Winston has had this bump on his ear for the past few weeks when he was in the Vet about a month ago it was just starting and they looked it and really didn't say anything. HAs anyone seen these before is there anythig we can do for it? Now that it's gotten bigger and harder do we need to go back into the Vet??

Definitely have it checked by the vet...
it could just be a wart or it could be a mast cell tumor, Ollie had one that looked similar and it was a mast cell, also had a wart that looked similar. I would have it looked at in any case, just to be safe.
