Bulldoggers who use canned pumpkin, have you seen this before?

One of my co-workers was telling me about dried pumpkin? I had never heard of this but she said you can buy dried pumpkin in powder form to use in place of canned stuff. Has anyone tried this? I found this website that sells it.

http://www.barryfarm.com/nutri_info/veggies/pumpkinpowder.htm

but i wasn't sure i wanted to buy any til i checked with you guys, would it work as well as the canned pumpkin? The pumpkin has been a staple in Dozer's diet since he was a pup and its the only thing that keeps his stools nice and firm. But if we could use a dried powder instead of the canned stuff it would be so much more convienant. Any info would be appreciated, thanks guys.
