Blood in Urine
Submitted by 72nismo on April 20, 2010 - 11:56pmI just noticed after Lola went potty and I wiped her clean I notice there is blood in her urine. I know this happened after she got fixed about 6-9 months ago and vet saif it had to do with the surgery.I can't remember exactly what vet said right now.Also noticed her pee has been smelling pretty strong in the last week. Anyone else go thru this.
Taking her to vet in the morning..

She needs to be drinking more water too.
Vet can tell you if its a urinary infection, and antbiotics should cure it...but you need her to drink more!

Most likely
a uti. We have been through it twice. Take her to the vet so they can test the urine. A few days on antibiotics and she should be fine
