Bella and Mack

are home and doing well after their surgeries this morning.  I was amazing.  I got to the vet's office 9 am and by 9:38, Mack was already neutered and up.  Bella took another 45 mins and we were on the way home by 11-They are hungry and eating and doing their business,  my vet is AMAZING

Thanks Elaine by the way

They are really wanting to get out of their crates and play, it's so hard to see them staring at me when the others are out.  How long should they be kept crated?

Mack can probably come out today if his incision site

looks good, and it seldom takes more than one day to overcome general anesthesia. Bella, because of the greater incision with a spay, should be prevented from jumping around and doing lots of stairs for 5-7days...that doesn't necessarily mean complete kennel time, but just allowing the internal sutures some time to "set" as well as the external ones you can see. happy.gif
