2 week old puppy now has a "fluid" pocket on side of head

Any ideas on what this can be?? It's soft & you can feel that it's a fluid pocket. Nursing great. Just showed up today. No scratch or anything like that. Any idea what this can be & what I can do....I'm TOTALLY panicking!!!

Needs a vet visit. Could it be a bite of some kind.

You shouldn't wait.

"fluid" pocket

Is it below the ear on the side of the head? There is a name for this (but I forget what it is called) but it is probably an abscess. It could reabsorb on its own (I had one that did) but most likely will need to be drained. Either way the pup needs to be on antibiotics.
