The max size for each picture is 1.5mb?
Also, you need to make sure you hit "insert" after each picture and then re-go through the steps for another pic:)

i think i got it, just gonna take me a bit to get the hang of it! haha! great job on the site guys....very "homey" and almost like the old one. thank you so much for including us in the design, putting up with the nonsense, etc. and lending your help when needed!
could it be the size restriction?
