Wowwww.....hubby and I both had tears in our eyes when we saw this story!!!!! SWEET!!!
http://dogtime.com/man-finds-lost-dog-after-10-years.html
Our sweet Archimedes "MEATY" Bones (or as we say...boneSHHH!) ---born 11/28/08---- our first bullllyyyy!!!
And SOPHIE Bubbles *Rapscallion* (LOL!) ---born 4/3/11----our second bulllllyyyy!!!!
His ex-wife was despicable to dump Ginger.
She got custody of Ginger in the divorce to then just turn around and get rid of her. She must really have wanted to spite her ex-husband to get rid of the dog he loved so much.
I am so glad fate intervened and Ginger is finally back with her Daddy. His beloved Boxer dog died just before Christmas 2012.
I first saw this story last Saturday on our local newscast.
The 2 employees at the Nashua Humane Society that fostered Ginger are awesome women. They were worried that an elderly dog would deteriorate in a shelter so they took turns fostering this sweet baby at their homes.
I am grateful for the many NO-KILL Shelters and rescues we have in New England.
awww.....that is SO wonderful that they fostered her! I have
to admit, I did NOT read the entire story---my hubbs told me about it first, then I googled it so I could link it here. It is just
AMAZING that they found eachother after all this time!!! Like I said, hubby and I had tears just TALKING about it, then
to see the PHOTO----!!!
